My name is Natalie.
My goal is to create a positive and caring atmosphere that offers engaging and fun activities for your child. I have small numbers, so your child will receive lots of one to one attention.
I have been providing daycare for over ten years. I love the hugs, smiles, and laughter and watching friendships grow. It also gives me great satisfaction to see creativity and a love of learning blossom in children. My background in therapeutic and recreational programming and the arts have combined perfectly to help me develop fun, creative hands on ways to help children learn through play. It’s what I love to do!
I feel very strongly about the importance of nutrition for growing bodies and minds and provide balanced homemade meals that avoid sugar and processed foods. I am happy to accommodate if you require vegetarian, gluten free or dairy free diets.
The small family setting of a home daycare is a gentle way to expose your child to social situations on their own. I guide children as they learn to share, take turns and solve conflicts. I strive to model positive and compassionate behaviour as I teach children to respect one another. I encourage older children to help and look out for their friends.
